Eat Well. Feel Well. Live Well.

My Credentials

I am a Registered and Florida Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist as well as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with a decade of experience in the areas of clinical medical nutrition therapy, weight management, diabetes management and education.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Denver, Colorado and completed my Dietetic Internship with the Anne Brezina Dietetic Internship at James A Haley VA Hospitals and Clinics in Tampa, Florida.

My Journey

My personal struggles around food and health are what has led me to my passion for nutrition and began long before my time at university. I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes in my late teens; since then I have been diagnosed with multiple auto-immune conditions and I have several food allergies. I have first-hand experience with the emotional and physical rollercoaster that is chronic disease management and I have seen the profound impact that nutrition can have on a person’s health and well-being. I want to help you find your way to your most authentic health. Let me guide you through the chaos of information and help you learn how to make confident choices about food and nutrition that honor your health and allow you to eat well, feel well and live well.

My Beliefs

I believe food should nourish our bodies and honor our health goals.

I believe food should taste good and feel satisfying.

I believe our dietary needs are as unique as we are.
